Since 1920, the olive tree plantation at the Gormit Estate has flourished through traditional irrigation methods passed down for generations.

Located in Kairouan, where the warm, dry climate and nearly 320 days of sunshine per year create ideal growing conditions, the estate produces exceptionally high-quality olive oil renowned for its richness in antioxidant polyphenols and essential vitamins.

Today, the plantation spans over 50 hectares, combining time-honored cultivation techniques with modern production systems to ensure consistency, sustainability, and excellence in every drop.
